PK-FB-195 / 295 Formwork Bracket

1. Screw the ProKast 90° bracket securely to the timber or
steel shutter.
2. Place the PK-FM-2200 magnet unit into the bracket slot.
3. Push the magnet button down firmly to engage against the clean steel casting bed.

To release: use the lever attached to the magnet.

▪ Wipe clean after use to remove concrete slurry and debris.
▪ Inspect regularly for damage to the powder coat or deformation of the gussets.
▪ Store indoors in a dry area when not in use for extended
periods.
▪ Do not weld near the bracket while the magnet is installed - heat damages neodymium magnets.

▪ Ensure the bracket is securely screwed to the shutter before engaging the magnet.
▪ Always use the correct height bracket for your casting bed (195 mm or 295 mm).
▪ Keep hands clear when engaging or releasing the magnet.

ProKast provides a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal precast yard use, commencing from the date of delivery. Warranty on the complete M2200 system applies when used with genuine ProKast magnets. Warranty is void if the product is damaged by hammering, welding, modification, or other misuse. This warranty is in addition to, and does not exclude, any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
