1. Screw the ProKast 90° bracket securely to the timber or
steel shutter.
2. Place the PK-FM-2200 magnet unit into the bracket slot.
3. Push down firmly to engage the magnet against a clean
steel casting bed.
4. To release, use the dedicated lever to disengage. Never
strike the magnet with a hammer.

▪ Clean the magnetic face after every use. Remove wet slurry immediately and scrape off dried concrete.
▪ Use compressed air to clear dust from the push-button mechanism.
▪ Apply a light coat of form oil or rust-preventative spray to the face and housing after cleaning.
▪ Always place the magnet gently onto the bed - do not drop it.
▪ Store indoors in a dry area with the button in the UP (disengaged) position.
▪ Use timber or cardboard spacers when stacking units to stop magnets snapping together.
▪ Never weld near the magnet - heat will permanently damage the magnetic field.

▪ Extremely powerful neodymium magnets - risk of severe
pinching and crush injuries.
▪ Keep clear of persons fitted with pacemakers or other medical implants.
▪ Place the unit carefully onto the bed; impact can crack the
internal magnet core.
▪ Do not allow concrete to cure on the magnet body or button mechanism.
▪ Keep magnetic media, electronic devices and loose steel
clear of the magnetic face.

ProKast provides a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal precast yard use, commencing from the date of delivery. Warranty is void if the product is damaged by hammering, welding, improper cleaning, or other misuse. This warranty is in addition to, and does not exclude, any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
