1. Ensure the steel casting bed is clean and free of debris.
2. Position the magnetic steel chamfer strip along the edge of the casting bed.
3. The integrated magnets lock it securely in place.
4. After the pour and stripping, remove the chamfer cleanly
and reuse immediately.

▪ Wipe the entire length with a clean rag to remove wet concrete after each use.
▪ Use a plastic or soft metal scraper to remove hardened concrete from the bevelled edges.
▪ Apply a light coat of form oil to the embedded magnets and steel body to prevent rust.
▪ Always place on a clean bed - debris reduces holding force and can damage the magnetic face.
▪ Never weld near the magnets - heat permanently destroys the magnetic field.
▪ Store indoors in a dry area with a light protective oil coating on the steel surfaces.
