1. Ensure the steel casting bed is clean and free of debris.
2. Position the magnet so the notch sits over the top edge of the steel shutter.
3. Lower the magnet onto the casting bed.
4. Push the button down firmly to engage the magnet.
5. Tighten the bolt to lock the assembly in place.

▪ Clean the magnetic face and notch area after every use to
remove concrete slurry and debris.
▪ Wipe the stainless steel body with a clean cloth.
▪ Apply a light coat of form oil or protective spray if storing for extended periods.
▪ Store in a dry area.
▪ Never strike the magnet with a hammer or weld near it - heat will permanently damage the internal neodymium magnets.

▪ Extremely powerful neodymium magnets - risk of severe
pinching injuries.
▪ Keep clear of people with pacemakers or medical implants.
▪ Always use the correct release lever to disengage the
magnet.
▪ Ensure the bolt is properly tightened before pouring.
▪ Do not allow concrete to cure on the magnet or in the notch.
